1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Love Language Tracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
2. Service Description
Love Language Tracker is a digital platform designed to help users understand, track, and communicate relationship preferences based on the five love languages framework. The Service provides personalized assessments, tracking tools, communication guides, and relationship insights to support users in their personal relationships.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
4. Payment Terms
The Service requires a subscription payment of $19 per month. Payment is processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Billing occurs on the anniversary date of your subscription start. We accept standard credit and debit cards. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and notifying us of any changes to your payment method.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will be discontinued at the end of your billing period. Reactivating a cancelled subscription may be subject to availability and Terms of Service requirements at that time.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, assessments, algorithms, software, and design—are the exclusive property of Love Language Tracker or its content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission. You retain ownership of any personal data you input, but grant us a license to use, analyze, and display that data to provide and improve the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Language Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Love Language Tracker reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or prominent notice on the Service.
